Pros

The executive leadership team truly cares about creating a collaborative culture to foster employee growth. There is an open door policy from everyone I have interacted with so far. Everyone wants to help out and see you succeed. As a new hire, this is invaluable and helps you get up to speed and become effective much quicker. I definitely joined an amazing company and feel very positive about the future of DocuSign and my career trajectory.

Cons

No 401k match, but leadership is aware that this is the #1 employee request and it will be a top priority in 2018. Differences in quotas among the various sales teams drives differing priorities and thus behavior. However management seems to be open to working through discrepancies.

Pros

Exciting, changing the world, compassionate management that cares about employees as people, they provide good benefits, give us paid time to work on charities, keep us feed and healthy; overall, great place to work.

Cons

Still many processes needing to be worked out, so it can still be confusing and frustrating on who owns what; my point is we are still not good about cross-departmental commitments and communicating about our dependencies upon each other.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Our new Chief People Officer, Joan Burke, is very focused on leadership and development. Stay tuned. Great points about turning on video -- it adds a human touch ... especially when I have an early am call in my jammies with EMEA. ;-) Keeping it realz.

Pros

Good culture, somewhat flexible working environments, striving to be similar to other modern tech companies with office snacks. Continue to push towards new and better employee benefits.

Cons

Strong push for IPO is leaving a lot of issues unresolved. Sales can be extra stressful as a result. Standard corporate culture and policies of upper management keeping rest of company in the dark regardless of attempts of "Town Halls" or other transparency.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'd love to unpack your comments and get your ideas about how we can create even more transparency. I think Dan has taken some huge strides since he has been here. And his quarterly scorecard is quite "honest", I would say. If you are open to discussing further, please contact me: Ann Poletti. Thx.
