Pros

Good Benefits they start you off with 25 pto days, good selection of health plans and good 401 k matching

Cons

Culture is changing for worse, since the new CIO came in. Existing talent is not valued, very few opportunities to advance. Non Stop Reorg 's . All time high attrition and it will get worse once the "Dreyfuss model" is fully rolled out in the Business Technology group. Very hard to grow unless you are in with the "right people". Upper management is in the Cloud .....

Pros

Great people to work with. Challenging work. Goal orientated. Employee benefits. Downtown office.

Cons

Poor leadership culture. Culture of authoritarianism and fear. Survival required being a 'yes person'. Horrible group-think, politics, in/out-group dynamic.

Pros

- great benefits - great starting pto (25 days) that grows every 5 years - super relaxing (unstimulating) job

Cons

- used to have a great culture but I haven't seen that since everyone started working from home - no one really cares anymore, people are dropping and leaving all over the place - they pay you in pennies
