Pros

Cons

Uneducated Team Leaders and Management "Lifers" that don't know how to do their jobs Cafe has extremely high prices Team Leaders show favortism Have to work almost every Saturday (3 Saturdays out of 4) but HR won't tell you this until you're already hired and working..they say 1 Saturday per month during the interview process Do not pay time and half for Sunday shifts Team Leaders/Coaches and Managers are constantly fired without explanation Account Managers have high turnover as well--because of the way they are treated DISCOVER OUTSOURCES HUMAN RESOUCE FUNCTIONS AND BENEFIT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INDIA!!!! Pros

Great fitness center. Building is very pretty. There are some decent people that work there. Smart and know what they are doing....unfortunately, most of those people are overlooked. It used to be a great place to work. Everyone worked for a common goal...not anymore.

Cons

The network is mismanaged, card has their act together. Repeat mistakes, and deplorable upper management.

Pros

Nice, well maintained facility. Flexible scheduling for work-life balance. Some usefull skills can be acquired on some jobs. Decent benefits package.

Cons

No morale and no concern by management about it. Work issues relating to co-workers DO NOT get resolved. There is little opportunity for advancement and it hinges mostly on cliques. The pay is below average. There is a clear divide between management and non-exempts (unless the manager is your best friend)
