      Pros

      Flexible work arrangement policy but it is really up to the management if you're approved or not to work remotely Good benefit It used to have on-site great training programs but not anymore Cutting-edge technologies

      Cons

      Very few career growth opportunities, internal promotion is rare Frequent reorganization in the business technology department introduced friction and inefficiency The company especially the technology department did nothing to hold the talents, instead, it introduced a model that evaluated everyone, which caused more talent bleeding

      Pros

      PTO, paternity leave, and engineers (most of the great engineers are leaving or left due to management or underpaid/overworked due to staffing).

      Cons

      Management listening to engineers on products/road maps and staffing teams correctly. Engineers are overworked. HR is terrible while trying to apply for other roles internally. Had an HR employee lie to me by telling me my application wasn't considered because you can't skip a level. Then sends me the HR policy and the site had a DNS error. No career growth as engineers unless you move teams. Too many systems running on Legacy hypervisors.

      Pros

      Good benefits and salary. Work at home was great!

      Cons

      Most managers in my area had no clue what was going on. Employees who don't work were rewarded. Definite racism in our area. If you were not from India then no promotion and your job was eliminated.
