      Pros

      Great company culture--key leaders strive to ensure work-life balance for their employees. Casual dress code, flexible hours, options for working remotely and very nice corporate campus.

      Cons

      Hierarchical structure often results in long waits for decisions. Focus on mitigating risk often hinders innovation.

      Pros

      I loved the discover enviroment at first. Very fun and upbeat, training was fantastic, they take a lot of pride in performance and reward well.

      Cons

      Went through a very tumultuous process where employees were 'weeded' out and laid off. Often employees are treated like just a body to fill a seat. If you are overqualified you will be suspected and not trusted. Training quality dropped significantly.

      The environment at Discover is very progressive. They are always looking for new and innovative ways to market their offerings. They also seem genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of their staff

      Cons

      As with any large organization, Discover can be slow to adopt the changes that it wants to achieve. The execution of the company's overall vision can easily get bogged down when managers are reluctant to implement
