Pros

The culture is all about helping others and having a great time. With the right people, work is consistently motivating and there is a lot of opportunity if you put yourself out there.

Cons

With certain job roles, you either get stuck with no more room for movement in your own area, or the candidate pool to move up is filled so moving on when you are ready for the next challenge can be a bit harder.

Pros

Not too many... If you are lucky enough or popular enough to be promoted, things get a little better. (I have seen agents with great stats and leadership qualities be skipped over for the more attractive ones.) Popularity contest.

Cons

Change is a constant in everything you do in life. With Discover its daily, what worked and was acceptable yesterday will not be the same today. Leadership is poor ( many leaders don't belong in the role). You are evaluated by people who have never done your job or if they did, was years and years ago.

If you get a good manager and work hard, they will be your champion and help you succeed and grow within the company.

Cons

I've heard situations where getting stuck with a bad manager can be a downfall for an employee trying to get ahead.
