Business Outlook
Pros
1.) Growth. You will learn so much in such a short period of time, your career will take off when you are done. 2.) Network. You will meet tons of extremely bright, driven individuals.
Cons
1.) No attention to work-life balance. 2.) Very hierarchical work environment. 3.) Deliverables are extremely professional, but require extremely tedious work to produce...and guess who is producing it? 4.) Compensation is generally good initially, but Deloitte doesn't have impressive bonuses, and differences in yearly raises between top performers and average performers are generally not worth the effort. 5.) Mentoring is a priority, but it falls low on Management's priority list, especially to lower level employees.
