The people you encounter are top notch professionals and the training is second to none. Deloitte also has a commitment to diversity which is unrivaled by other firms. I have experienced this first hand through various engagements and it is very commendable.
Cons
Your pay is on par with the industry even though you work for the industry leader. You also have to dedicate yourself to putting work before anything else.
