Deloitte does not have many downsides, so it is difficult to articulate much in this regard. It is a big firm, and if you are used to a small company feel, Deloitte might be an adjustment. But the culture at Deloitte makes the large number seem like a smaller community. The employees at Deloitte do work hard, so it would be a tough environment if you are looking for a place to just get by. There is an intensity to succeed and if you don't care to partcipate in this type of enviroment, you will not rest on your laurels for long.
