      Not transparent, alot of pressure and abuse

      Pros

      salary is not too bad, work from home, flexible hours depending on project, lots of education offer.

      Cons

      The job and tasks presented in the interview is completely different from what the job actually is. You are put under immense pressure to accept projects that have nothing to do with your actual job and skills. You are put under pressure to lie to clients which at the end causes dissatisfaction of clients and a uncomfortable work environment. You are pressured to not write down your over hours by senior managers. There is good and bad managers also at Deloitte but the company does seem to understand pressure and violation of work rights as part of the consulting work.

      Pros

      The colleagues are very supportive. They are intelligent and kind people. The office is located in a beautiful part of Berlin and is easy to get to by train. Three offices are situated there, which makes it easy to collaborate with colleagues.

      Cons

      There is a gender wage gap in my opinion--women earn significantly less than men. If you don't have experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms or in management consulting, your previous work experience may not be taken seriously. Projects can vary greatly in terms of what is expected, and the consultants must be prepared for a wide variety of tasks.
