I am a campus hire working in Deloitte USI. Overall company’s culture and environment is very good. Seniors are also very helpful and will support you everytime.

Cons

The only drawback which I can state is that they are not paying me enough as per the work I’m doing.

Frequent check-ins & feedback with managers, clear goal setting and expectations for next promotions, so rare incidents of last minute shockers. Lots of other perks such as expensive project parties, frequent distribution of goodies and gifts etc. Regular hike percentage is more than industry average.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, multiple parallel project assignments, typical onsite-offshore personal egos and politics are quite toxic at times, criteria for next role change or top performance rating are sometimes unimaginably hard and strict. More focus on portfolio management types of projects rather than the actual hard-core technical ones
