truthfully there are much better structured companies, product wise is not rocket science although daikin management wants to hang onto previous glories

Cons

back stabbing, mysterious decision making and donot honor company employee agreements. Company is willing to use bullying tactics yo disengage from employee contracts

Cons

Lack of Diversity, more opportunity for fun at work place and need for greater work lie balance. Sometimes difficult to manage Indian speed with Japanese process orientation.
