      Toxic supervisor! She was extremely mean, a knit picker and overall toxic for the entire team. At one point, morale was at an all time low. No one seem to care. HR was a joke. They allowed this individual to run amuck. She was definitely poison for the team, doing lots of under handed activities. She was truly unfair and wicked.

      The increment could be bit awesome for those who are their boss lickers. The increment criteria in 2016-17 was( total 5 grades) : A+ : 12% + extra 5% if promoted A : 10% + extra 3% if promoted B : 9% + extra 2% if promoted C : 6% ( No promotions) D : 3-4 % depending on scale ( No promotions) Now the catch in this above criteria is that max people will get B band and if you are getting continuous B grade, then you'll be promoted in 4 years. If continous A, then promotion in 3 years and so on.

      Cons

      This increment criteria is perfect for the lickers and plant head of Daikin decides final grades for factory. For head office, it's another Japanese sitting there in gurgaon. One more thing. This company fires too by giving pink slips. So please join accordingly. All the managers are illiterate there. This company works only because of the people working down the lane. The managers here are less qualified than their juniors.
