- Good environment and good equipment - Budget for personal development (for conferences, courses, etc.) - Cool meeting places - Good parties - Free fruit, coffee, and tea

- Low salary - Number of meetings(A lot) - Old technologies - Not international friendly, everything is in Dutch (even though they say the working language is English) - Lack of transparency

- Amazing work-life balance; - Great people around that are always willing to help and support; - A lot of social activities within the company; - In our team we have a good leader that give us room for freedom; - Opportunities to grow and learn from others.

Cons

- For the platform team, there is a lot of burden coming from the support; - The portfolio is quite extensive, and for newcomers, its pretty overwhelming; - Lack of vision for technological advancement in Tech across the board; - Tech debt in the platform team is also pretty high; - The turnover in the company is large, and people work on average for around 1,5-2 years;

- admin is king, work can suffer or be delayed but paperwork must be done - few people put in the effort or care about doing a good job - low salaries - high amount of middle managers without clear responsibilities
