Pros

- Young crowd, well motivated - The sky is the limit attitude - Very clear company values - They understand customer delight - Innovative environment

Cons

- Chaotic - Workers are underpaid and this is a big con! - Work can be very monotonuous - Extra hours more rule than exception, not paid by the way. If you don't want to get involved in this peer-pressure of working 40+ hours people act like you are being lazy. - Not so much appreciation for your work, even if you work hard. I left because I didn't feel appreciated at all and because I felt like one-out--of-300. just a number.

Dear writer, thanks a lot for the pointers that you've made. Some of your pointers are already high on our agenda or we've tackled them. For example: as a fast growing company we've experienced a couple of growing pains. We've successfully hired a number of senior colleagues to help on this, in addition to that we've changed the structure where needed. Of course this will need constant attention. Thanks for helping us on that!

Pros

- The company provided support during the relocation process and visa sponsorship.

Cons

- After going through a lengthy and challenging interview process that lasted for three months, I was finally offered a position and relocated with my family from another country to the Netherlands to start working with them. - However, after only 60 days in the company, I was informed that they would not continue with me after the trial period. - To make matters worse, I only received negative feedback in the last week before the end of my trial period. - Overall, I feel that I was not given enough support or guidance during my time in the company and that my efforts were not properly recognized or appreciated. - I would not recommend this company as an employer, especially for those who are relocating with their families from another country. If you're looking for a supportive and inclusive work environment, I suggest looking elsewhere. - after only 60 days in the company, I was informed that they would not continue with me after the trial period. To make matters worse, I only received negative feedback in the last week before the end of my trial period. It was a shock and disappointment for me and my family, especially after all the time and effort we put into relocating for this role. - Overall, I feel that I was not given enough support or guidance during my time in the company and that my efforts were not properly recognized or appreciated. Pros

- Learned a lot because of the unique situations given within the company - Met amazing colleagues which I still consider friends.

Cons

- Coolblue turned to the worse when changes left an incapable management layer in the IT department. People not suited to fulfill the "leadership" roles were promoted. - Coolblue never figured out how to remove bottleneck people from key positions and thus the top-down mentality arose - Gossip is now common and seriously affects the life of developers. - Diversity is barely non-existant.
