      Pros

      Overall nice people and have a competitive salary. HR is doing a good job.

      Cons

      High-stress and high-pressure work environment. Not a proper onboarding for the job as promised so you learn by yourself (lack of support). Not enough manpower so you are expected to take responsibility for complex topics with little support. It's always a struggle that makes you feel overwhelmed and kills your motivation.
