      It's a company very much invested in the automotive industry

      Pros

      It's tough to list out all the pros working for such a big company, because of the sheer size and differing divisions. Working in the automotive safety division as an engineer allows one to be a part of product development for products which will save the lives of many. As a German company, the work-life balance is superb, with 40 hr weeks and 30 days annual vacation.

      Cons

      The company, being in the automotive industry, and serving customers worldwide, will be bogged down with many processes, audits and bureaucracy. Things will be slow-moving and there are packets of long-term senior employees, who lack motivation.

      - a people oriented company; - nice organization, very dynamic, young and growing environment, lots of training opportunities; - many benefits (e.g. sport discounts,very good medical insurances)
