This company offers little to no career growth, and pay is frequently delayed or insufficient for the amount of work expected. Chronic understaffing forces employees to take on unsustainable workloads, while overtime and vacation policies are mismanaged and unfair. Sick leave is strongly discouraged, and contracts are often not renewed if employees take necessary time off. KPIs are inconsistently applied and constantly changing, creating an unstable and hostile environment where even excellent performance only guarantees temporary job security. Promotions are based less on merit and more on favouritism. Overall, the culture is toxic, hierarchical, and unsupportive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
