      Pros

      I like that the company is evolving - I like that they take the time to assess a situation and find solutions and don't find the need to waste time with red tape and multiple approvals that can hold up delivery/operations.

      Cons

      Because the company has just acquired a large portion of IBM's CRM business, they are figuring out what works best for the new, larger organization. This means many processes are in flux or not quite as stable yet. I imagine its temporary until they get their bearings again, but the period of transition/transformation is quite stressful. Lots of gray areas.

      Part of large acquistion from IBM by Concentrix

      Pros

      So far my team has been left intact. We hired at least two (offshore I believe) developers shortly after Concentrix acquired us. This was difficult under IBM.

      Cons

      I am part of the large acquisition of people from IBM. The team I work with has been through several sales/transitions. This has to be the worst executed I've ever been through. 401k not setup and maxes at $1,200. Our deductions were not brought over. Insurance benefits messed up. Communication regarding the constant questions by employees was handled in a shotgun method. We are only one month in, but so far it hasn't been very smooth.
