      No Growth , Lack of Innovation , Declining Categories other then Toothpaste , Does not support Long Term Careers as seen by their constant focus on shifting jobs overseas .

      Declining morale, little advancement for good workers, Little merit for hard work - reward is more work & doing the job of the slackers. Extremely low, if any raises for staff - management keeps perks/incentives.
