      Good health benefits, training/learning resources, solid culture of respect, high ethical standards, possiblity to move within the company to different departments, cities and countries, high discount on company’s procuta

      Cons

      Slow career progression, few vacation days, no women in senior executive positions, payment below the effort level you will need to put in daily, slow adoption of technology, conservative, hierarchical, no meritocracy.
