      Health insurance,Stocks option Salary and really not so much else

      Cons

      Management is very very poor, cluesless and extremly political Appearence it's everything No possibilities for career Not ethic at all, or better no ethic in practic , instead theoreticaly are WOW Express your opinion, they call it feedback, and you're out In short, good company for no brainer

      Pros

      Great benefits and still has some great people there. Most of the brands are very well know and the company store is great.

      Cons

      The way they treat people is very poor and much different from their posted and much talked about values and principles. It's all about the financials vs. caring and developing people. There is no work/life balance and upper management talks about how important but their actions are the complete opposite.

      Good benefits and products with strong brands.

      Cons

      Senior Management is out of touch with the reality of the sales environment. Key positions are not filled in a timely manner. Management has a bullying style of leadership. Senior Management uses the same rhetoric over and over with no action behind the words. The are viewed as hyporcritical. Very risk-averse and conservative. HR works for management and not the employees. Colgate is a good news company and honesty is not encouraged.
