      Excellent benefits, financially stable organization due to nature of product line.

      Cons

      Very hesitant (to completely resistant) to benchmark with industry, general opinion is that management positions are filled by "time in" rather than expertise. Progress/change is an illusion presented to management rather than actual/meaningful progress.

      Great pay and opportunity to make extra money with overtime

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to a word from the employees. You loose faith and trust very quickly in the staff your with. If you don't mind throwing your morals and dignity away, then this is a place for you!
