      A real Nightmare

      Pros

      That's a good company to have in your portfolio, very organized. Compensation is ok.

      Cons

      Old-fashioned company, looks like it stopped in time in the 80's, don't invest or try new strategies, extremely slow and bureaucratic decision making. Remember that we had 12 people routing to approve details such as an ortographic correction in a artwork. Very stressed ambient mainly during the Budget review, as an intern I used to work more then 12h per day including saturdays and sometimes sundays. No perks, needed to use jacket and tie every day even without having contact with clients. Work-life balance was no good for me at all.

      Good Company but limited opportunity for those not recruited right out of school

      Pros

      Excellent salary and benefits and great discounts on products.

      Cons

      The company tends to identify those they want to promote early on by ability to relocate around the country and world. If you are not recruited right out of college you may be limited in opportunities for advancement.

      Solid, stable company for mid-level to senior management

      Some of the best benefits (health, vacation, etc) when comparing to other companies Promotes networking and working in teams Willing to let employees try roles that do not exactly match their backgrounds

      Cons

      Management is very conservative and it is extremely hard to make changes to practices already in place Promotions tend to be based on politics rather than work accomplished Little focus is put on developing and retaining young talent
