Pros
In my position, I was hired earlier than usual. I came in through a non-standard internship in which I had incredible mentors, and then, access to a position in marketing that I would never have normally obtained without an MBA or 3 to 6 years of prior experience in my field. Therefore, I learned a lot, and met wonderful people along the way.
Cons
The company is full of great people who are highly skilled in their fields. That said, there is a lack of potential to pursue creativity or innovation; or to build skills beyond the slow-moving corporate training. I could hack it now, but as a younger Millennial at the time, I reached a point at which I needed to branch out externally to further my career.
