Gradually reducing employee rewards and benefits, the You Can Make a Difference Program is a Joke. HR is invisible (high turnover), Moving jobs overseas to very underqualified people. Lots of managerial infighting. Loosing its values "best place to work" is now "a place to work". Very political. Used to be awesome but now it's not, the place is becoming like a government job without the security. Small cubes, small work space, like rats in a wheel.

For such an iconic company you would expect them to be a leader in innovation, packaging, etc. Unfortunately, this is not the case. They are so far behind in progress and process. Innovation is ultimately not supported with marketing dollars so it fails and internal processes do not allow for autonomy or agility. After the recent layoffs, new leadership and reorg, it just is not the place it used to be. There is not a people first culture and the politics rule the decisions. I would NOT recommend working here in current state.
