Pros
- if you are a native, plenty of opportunities to grow inside the company - good learning environment if you sign up for the right trainings - they have a huge online learning platform - you can easily get certified in Quality methods - nice plan, fun people, the managers are not that bad It is a good starting point for any career path that is related to what they do, this is visible in the high staff turnover (normal in this industry). A lot to learn if you are open to it. I've seen tons of colleagues that complain and leave the company but they never opened an online training.
Cons
- it's an outsourcing company, so you don't have the same benefits as working in in-sourcing - sometimes the bosses have favourites, but I guess it happens everywhere
