      Great graduate programme

      Pros

      Very sociable and inclusive colleagues made my graduate programme at Capgemini an amazing experience. I'm still friends with many of the people I met there and believe I can count on the professional networks I made there for my lifetime.

      Cons

      Your performance reviews include heavy weighting towards the work you do internally (at least it was like that when I was there). So consultants who take on more demanding projects sometimes don't have as much time to contribute to internal work (such as research etc) as consultants on less demanding projects, and therefore your performance review is negatively affected.

      Capgemini - a great company, lots of travel

      Pros

      Great opportunities - especially for those who come into the company via Campus program (heck,even the CEO came out of campus) Opportunity to work in a variety of industries Good Pay and Great Benefits - 3 weeks vacation MINIMUM!! VC, Profit Sharing. All travel costs covered by company and you get to keep your miles and hotel awards (many consulting firms let the company accrue these)

      Cons

      100% travel - you may be on the beach sometimes, but when you are not you are on the road Political Company - you have to really network to do well at Cap - partially because people are on various projects and not in an office, you have to work to make sure people know who you are. Work/Life Balance can be tough - type A, bright employees work a lot of hours.

      Pros

      capgemini is a good company from inside.But now a days it is forcing consulatnts to go to local clinet site like CLSA,HSBC etc. some Good capgemini managers. will know fucntional part of implimentaion more.

      Cons

      Was working for a client called CLSA. There would be only CLSA managers and TL would be there to give you harassment developers and others are basically company like CAPgemini,TCS or zensar etc. Even Capgemini will forget regarding your exitance. Even a house maid has good respect than a typical consultant of capgemini in these client sites.the behaivour of some CLSA TL and managers are worse than the way you behave your housemaid or your society guard.. No career growth and no such technical growth. No transportation facility even though it is client site If you are coming at 9.25 then it is a big escalation :)
