Pros
Corporate level environment Less work pressure Good for initial 2 to 3 years.. If you get good projects then it's good for you and its totally depends on your luck.
Cons
Sometimes you have to face bench position also which is not good for ur career growth initially. You supposed to work for ur business unit and for whichever technology they have given to you. You can't change the inbuilt structure of the unit in terms of technology. Sometimes they are hiring for only support projects which in result can be a data entry project. They are giving training on different technology and making you work in different one .
