Depends on the manager/project you are assigned. But usually there's too much pressure. People pushing you to do stuff really fast, in order to put you doing some other stuff, getting even more profit. Huge lunch hour (1 hour and half to lunch), you usually lunch in one hour or least, then you don't have much to do, resulting in you getting early to the office and start working on the remaining lunch hour. No paid extra hours.
