Supportive team and collaborative work culture. Opportunity to work on client projects and real-world applications. Work-life balance is generally manageable compared to many service companies.

Cons

Salary growth and increments are relatively slow compared to the market. Project allocation may take time, especially on the bench. Some projects still use legacy technologies. Career growth and promotion process can be slow and dependent on project needs.
