      Quite reliant on public sector. Would be good to see a greater variety of the types of work and clients.

      Pros

      Some really passionate and intelligent colleagues; decent training opportunities, some interesting projects.

      Cons

      In my experience, there was little flexibility with roles / clients / industries you get to work with. Resourcing for projects was generally poor - they're often assigned based on who you know internally, rather than what you know, which is frustrating. At a junior level, the responsibilities can be basic, admin heavy, and uninspiring. If you're 'on the bench', then expect to be pulled in to supporting bids/tenders which require very long hours in my experience.

      Good benefits (insurance, car scheme, cycle to work, etc etc)

      Cons

      Terrible management, very hard to progress your career. Internal politics takes over. Senior leadership ignore employees asking for additional support. Pay is rubbish.
