      Leadership lacks vision, and purpose. Employees are treated as cogs. Constant pay increase delays. Constant promotion delays. Lots of layoffs. Constantly chasing $. Team is not smart. Team is not good with clients. Benefits are so bad. Healthcare is high cost. Maternity and Paternity leave so low. HR people are terrible. Leaders do not know what they are doing.
