Pros

Nothing much,Company policies are good

Cons

Worst company, They will intentionally not put candidates into projects so that they will have some resources to do their work which includes making ppt and doing research(Doesn't add any value to Personal Growth) and use this reason then for layoff. Also they won't say directly to candidates to go they will put them in PIP Plan and give bad ratings and make PIP Unsuccessful

Cons

Working at Capgemini Invent has been a disappointing and disheartening experience. From my time spent there, I discovered several glaring issues that make it difficult to recommend this company to anyone seeking a fulfilling and rewarding career. One of the most significant concerns I encountered was Capgemini Invent's inability to retain clients. This alone speaks volumes about the lack of trust and satisfaction clients have in their services. It raises serious doubts about the company's ability to establish long-term partnerships and deliver value to its clients. Moreover, Capgemini Invent's pay structure is far below the average market rate. This disparity in compensation becomes evident when comparing it to industry standards. It is demotivating to work tirelessly on projects, only to be rewarded with meager pay. Such below-average compensation not only undermines employee morale but also hampers the company's ability to attract and retain top talent. Another aspect that severely disappointed me was the quality of deliverables produced by the firm. Throughout my tenure, I witnessed a consistent lack of attention to detail and a general disregard for excellence. The quality of work consistently fell short of industry standards, which ultimately impacted the overall reputation of the company. This lack of quality control reflected poorly on the employees and made it challenging to take pride in our work. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my time at Capgemini Invent was the abysmal management. The company's leadership demonstrated a complete lack of competence, failing to provide clear guidance, support, or effective communication. This lack of direction trickled down to the entire organization, resulting in a chaotic and disorganized work environment. The absence of strong leadership hindered growth and development opportunities, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unheard. In conclusion, my experience at Capgemini Invent left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. The company's inability to retain clients, coupled with below-average pay, low-quality deliverables, and poor management, made it a profoundly unsatisfying place to work. If you're seeking a company that values its employees, prioritizes client satisfaction, and maintains high standards, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
