Good people, pretty relaxed compared to other consulting firms.
Cons
No raises in the two years I've been with the company. Forced to return to office 3x a week despite being client-facing in a city across the country from my client, have to pay $50 a week for parking with no reimbursement at office. Leadership doesn't listen to employee concerns and lacks transparency in decisions and announcements about state of the business. The track for promotion is extremely unclear and totally about who you know / having support you - there are people who have been in the role for 2-3 years with 10+ years of industry experience and others in the same level / role with less than 2 years of experience.
