      Pros

      Has remained successful through the pandemic. Is investing on long overdue leadership recruitment.

      Cons

      As it gets bigger, the focus is more about the numbers and less about the people, which is sad to see. It’s becoming a very political environment with destructive power battles at senior levels and dysfunctional teams.

      Pros

      The India business used to be a wonderful place to work until this company called LiquidHub was acquired. That has totally changed the atmosphere for the worst. CG is still a very good company. They are considerate and empathy is there. But Invent has lost its sheen.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics due to new management. Clueless people who are undoing the great work done in the last 2 years. I joined in 2017 and 2 years were excellent. The leadership changed in 2020 and since then it has been downhill only.

      Unqualified Management Positions in Philly Studio

      Pros

      Awesome coworkers that genuinely care about each other.

      Cons

      Management for the Philly Studio does not care about people's wellbeing. There is a lot of favoritism and promotions that are not based on performance. Very disparate salaries amongst individuals in the same titles, qualifications, and performance.
