awful projects and unfair HR promotion policies

1. Very low compensation offered compared to other companies in the industry 2. Generally poor planning and management of projects by top management, which leads to undue and unnecessary work pressure on people actually working on the project 3. Very disrespectful and patronizing attitude towards new joiners (my personal experience, not a generalized statement) 4. Top management that I have interacted with do not inspire any sense of leadership. No one to really look up to. In fact, in the projects I have worked in, they are more detrimental to the overall progress rather than adding any real value. To summarize, they treat employees poorly and also expect miracles to be churned out overnight at super short notice. And also bend over to client's will and throw their employees under the bus without a second thought.
