Pros

1. Paid certifications. Capgemini Invent has tie-ups with top companies. You can do a lot different certifications you want. 2. Pay - If you are able to negotiate, they can pay fine.

Cons

1. Hire and Fire - Some new joiners were fired only after few weeks and months. Entire team was laid off for low utilization. They hire people thinking they will get clients and eventually ask the new hire to get clients. 2. No Communication - They fire people and teams (even guys higher up with 16 years of experience) and no communication or reason is provided. 3. No Salary Hikes - They have stopped salary hikes for 2023, even no hikes on promotion. The bonus will most likely be stopped. It's very messy as they don't have explanation and waiting for a detailed review by team in Europe. 4. No Clients - They don't have clients. They hire you and ask you to find a client or else they fire you or put you on PIP to get rid of you. 5. Lack of Vision - Its actually No Vision. The senior most guys don't know why decisions are taken as they are taken in Europe and the leaders in EU don't tell these guys in the US. 6. Run by Paris/France - The company is run by people in Europe. The team in the US don't even know basics and they don't feel shy saying in all hands calls that the decision came from Paris. 7. Micro-Management - They would micro-manage to see how much time you were online, on which day you entered what in your timesheets. Its gross out here. 8. Unprofessionalism - In his first 2023 all-hands, he said people who think they can't do consulting, please leave and we will try to make it easy exit. Didn't you check the person's capability when you hired them? And now after a few months you want to fire them without even thinking about their careers?

Pros

Nice colleagues, reasonable salary somewhat competitive

Cons

Where to begin, short term revenue focused, lack of a strong leadership group. Local CEO holds all power and decision making, very micromanaging down to everyday detail. Seems to have lack of trust in her senior team. Work is uninteresting is more about meeting short term financial goals than looking at building and investing in long term capability. Career pathway is catered well for people with management consulting and sales ambitions but not for people with technical or craft specialist ambition. KPI framework is dated and is a reason why people are leaving. Organization lacks good collaboration practices. HR team seems to lack people skills and more focused on promoting their career on LinkedIn than supporting employees. If you want work/life balance this is not the place to work

Pros

Relatively growing organization in US business compared to the parent Organization and status in US

Cons

Internally political and senior leadership threatens and takes over accounts Multiple practices compete for same work leaving internal employees and middle management in flux When you are on bench for 3 weeks you are let go without any help To resign you have to call an 800 no and press a number to resign
