      Pros

      There are good people in the organization, doing good work. It's a good place to learn for those early in their careers.

      Cons

      Capgemini's consulting arm in the US has struggled for a long time. Its on its 10th CEO in 10 years, and seems to get a new one every year. The challenge is that (1) it's small and lacks differentiation giving clients few reasons to select Capgemini over Accenture or other US firms and (2) its run from France by execs who think they understand the US market as they visit regularly, but don't really understand US business culture.
