      Corporate Confusion, Poor Leadership

      Good Pay, not much else.

      Cons

      Hedging employees against one another, lack of vision, extensive training for corporate norms, lack of focus on clients, ugly work life balance expectations, team hires with zero work experience, nepotism, failure to resolve personnel issues through HR, little to no HR accessibility for healthcare and annual raises, lackluster attempts to build a "team".

      Pros

      I am struggling to really find an pros with this particular. Its linked to Capgemini. If you live close to Worthing it maybe worth your whilst.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, lacking leadership, focus, prevents employees from growing. Trying to shape up, but doing a bad job. There is a high turnover in staff too. This is not a reflection on Capgemini Technology which is totally different and an amazing culture to grow in.

      Pros

      Not many. Was employed for 4 years.

      Cons

      No life/work balance to speak of. You work you get paid. You don't work you don't get paid. Use PTO if you don't work. If a client is closed and it's not a holiday you need to use a PTO or not get paid. I worked for them faithfully for 4 years. No more work. They let me go after 4 years and only gave me 4 weeks severance. If you need a stop gap job is the only reason I'd pick them again. Benefits very costly.
