      NA is a mess

      Pros

      Ambition is high, strategy is forward-leaning.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Average NA consultant skills quality is weak. Leadership is "factory outlet selection". Client strategy is good but execution is miserable. We are a French guy among Americans and Indian players, Why would clients pay a premium for an unknown brand with a limited track record?

      Pros

      The people I work with day to day are great, good team. Work-life balance is quite fair. CHOs are doing a good job bringing everyone together.

      Cons

      The company’s run on nepotism, like Italian family in the Godfather. Good VPs all left or disappereared. There’s no clear direction, sales leads running after every lead. People are in shock, talking of leaving wherever.
