      Pros

      Interesting challenging project work. Lots of opportunities to learn from others

      Cons

      Internal work politics. Internal responsibilities seem pointless. Lack of pay transparency or progression. Popularity contest. No pay reviews or increase of base starting salary for grads in line with inflation.

Internal responsibilities are part of being a consultant and assisting in business and personal growth, so the contributions of each individual has a large impact for everyone.

      Pros

      Pay is okay for an entry level job and good balance if you’re someone who likes working remote and having flexibility.

      Cons

      If you are a high performer, do not come to work here. This company doesn’t reward the hard work the employees actually put in and promote the ones who do the bare minimum and take others work as their own. There is little regard for the actual well being of the employees here and leadership could care less if you even take the time to provide them feedback. They keep coming up with different reasons over and over again to keep the hard workers from climbing to the top and leadership promotes those who spew the same words they do.

      A lot of fantastic talent and great people to work with. When they come, they have some great projects working on interesting work.
