      Good employer for personal development, dynamic work, okay work/life balance, decent salary

      Pros

      - A lot of room for personal development and trainings. Many trainings provided by Capgemini itself. - Work/life balance is okay, definitely more work than average but not as bad as MBB. - Possibility to see many clients making workload dynamic. Different activities every day.

      Cons

      - You have to work a lot compared to other organizations. - Salary is too low for what is expected of you.
