Pros
Nothing as such, the Management doesn't care about their employees.
Cons
After leaving a job here you would be rated anyway in your annual review. I was unavailable in the Organization but then I was rated in a way that I cannot be hired by the Management again. No one has right to review once you have left the job but here just to give someone rating below there should be someone, hence they target the people who'd left the company.
