- Great culture, recognising people for the individuals that they are. - Team members/colleagues are genuinely lovely people to work with. - Learning opportunities such as InventX in Paris, bringing people together globally to cascade strategic messages - a great experience. - Lots of opportunities to contribute to the company growth.

Cons

- Sometimes the internal processes can feel a little duplicative and messy, but improvement plans are underway to fix those

Pros

Work life balance for consulting is quite good

Cons

-Extremely low pay (40% less than competitors) -Really poor client portfolio and type of work - you easily get stuck doing change management and not being able to learn or rotate positions -Extremely stingy with "consulting perks" like food stipends, events, and travel -Extremely high turnover rate - no one stays longer than year for obvious reasons -Horrible HR team - have no sense of knowledge or support
