Good pay tends to be above average. The odd nice social

Cons

Growing too fast. Lack of care for current employees. Management too busy. Grow grow grow. People get left behind. Pretty awful promotion processes.

Worklife balance is good, work can be interesting. Colleagues are friendly and approachable.

Cons

Progression opportunities limited and promotion process flawed. Decisions seem to be made solely around budget and not readiness or skills. Salary and benefits package is not competitive with current market.
