      Pros

      - There are so many opportunities for growth and development, including training courses, a variety of client projects and diverse capability offerings to specialise in. - Great people & company culture - generally, everyone is willing to help out and support where needed. - Work-life balance is generally good - while longer hours are needed at times, there is generally great flexibility and reasonable hours. - There is a truly inclusive workforce which takes pride in bringing together diverse individuals to make strong teams

      Cons

      There can be a lack of transparency around leadership decisions, pay reviews etc. As the company has grown in the last few years, some of the "small company" culture has disappeared, along with some of the perks that used to exist

      A great place to be a consultant

      Pros

      The company culture is collaborative, friendly and fun; employees live and breath the company values. There is a great deal of freedom offered to people to build the career they want, with opportunities to work in a whole range of sectors and to specialise wherever their interests and skills lie. Strong focus on learning and development, and providing stretch opportunities for people to grow. Company performance has been resilient, continuing to take market share and grow sustainably. There is a good work-life balance for the most part, depending on your client and project.

      Cons

      The company can feel a little dis-organised when it comes to knowledge management, you need to use your network to get things done. There are challenges that come with consulting, such as not being on a project that is aligned to your personal interests, and a fairly unpredictable workload depending on your project and deadlines.

      Lack of inspirational leaders, lack of senior female leadership in UK, mostly boring public sector accounts and data projects
