- salary - flexible working - interesting clients

Cons

- bonus and pay increase is well below market average - benefits scheme gets taken from vase pay (except medical) - org structure and leadership structure, too much management not enough leadership - many silo's and not a lot of collaboration

I look forward to coming to work every day because the people are supportive and collaborative, and there is ample opportunity to grow.

Cons

Due to growth, there continues to be rapid change. Even though it is part of an established organization, Invent has a very entrepreneurial environment, which means it is hands-on, and everyone contributes to making it better.

Good culture, very much invested in people's wellbeing.

Cons

So disorganised and spend so much time creating endless PPT decks and collateral that development, learning and ultimately progress are hampered.
