      Big org surrounded by experts in their field.

      Cons

      Quit due to leadership harassment. Spend most of my time on the bench and did very little actual consulting.

      Good career progression but lacks a company ethos

      Pros

      Good range of benefits, competitive pay and I got to use some cool tech

      Cons

      Not much of an office environment for most teams and it was very strange being in an office surrounded by strangers on teams calls. I personally didn't like the way some things were run but I got the feeling that others did - down to personal preference.
