      fairly young in the u.s., can get noticed if you are a star

      Cons

      sales pipeline is vague; training opportunities could be better; laptops for supporting clients should be more advanced; need to be more competitive in compensation

      Pros

      Flexible timing (now a days not there i guess). Professional work culture.

      Cons

      Less number of projects in BI skill set (in capgemini consulting not in financial). Less onsite in BI skills, but for SAP its good. 3 months notice even if u r in bench also. Difficult internal business unit transfer e.g. If u r a part of LBS(Local business unit) once project over they wont keep in bench though for same skill set other business uni, like BIM might be recruiting from out side they wont transfef internally.

      Pros

      worldwide organization with many business areas. excellent reputation globally as one of the best companies to work for in USA. Love them

      Cons

      Slow progress for the mid , senior management consultants as the promotions are limited in certain specific areas and work life balance is comparable but not the best due to travel requirements of the client business
